The turbo hes refering to is a ebay turbo. Its not even a full turbo its just the cr housing and the new compressor wheel. Heres the link

It does look interesting and its pretty cheep for the radical of an upgrade. You would need to clip your exhaust turbine though. Quite a bit too.
