Well you should have posted this in the MK3 section not the FAQ's.
7M's are non-interferance motors, meaning the valves will not contact the pistons no matter what, even if the timing belt breaks.
Whats the oil look like? Low? Not even reading on the dipstick? Milky looking?
Is it just me or are there like 2 or 3 threads from different people with this same problem?
