That would be the low coolant light.
The sensor is at the bottom of the overflow bottle. It flickers because when you make a turn, the already low coolant level gets sloshed around from side to side and if its low enough it uncovers the sensor and the light flickers. If the light just stays on, then you have no coolant in your overflow bottle.
Now the reason you are low on coolant, only you can determine that. These cars are notorious for leaking head gaskets, just keep that in mind. If you can't find any external leaks try block testing it.
