Im not sure if the bolt pattern is the same but I went to the website for doug thorley and he listed the MKII Supra as having a 7MGE engine which is wrong.
An easy way to check if it might work is to get hold of the exhaust manifold gaskets from both engines and lay one on top of the other and see if the bolt patterns and holes line up. You should be able to do that at any parts store.
Go to a "Self Service" junkyard that has both cars and see if you can take the exhaust manifold from the MKII and actually bolt it to the MKIII.
