This is not correct information. It could not happen.

But, the only way oil can get into the coolant is from a tiny hole in the head gasket, or a crack in the head or block.

If the car had an automatic trans (which his does not), then tranny fluid (oil) could get in thru the trans oil cooler that is built into the radiator.

On some engines (but I don't believe the 7M), it could have a hole or crack in the back side of the water pump housing, that has oil on the other side.
