1994 Supra 45k mi n/a Automatic Value?

What is a white on white sunroof 94 Supra n/a with about 45k miles and an automatic transmission, worth in the real world, not Blue Book, I've found Blue Book to be consistantly low with other vehicles, I was thinking an asking price of $18k-$19k and working down to $17k-$18k, am I dreaming? It's bone stock, no mods, with maint records.

Kelly Blue Book -
trade in $11k, private party $13k, retail - $15.5k

NADA Blue Book -
low retail $15k, clean retail - $17k, excellent retail - $18k
