Looking to buy a 95 TT

I'm looking to buying a 95 TT automatic with 115K and i don't know what I should look for. I've never owned a supra before but i've been looking for a good buy for some time now. Hes asking $21k which is an unbelievable deal but he told me straight out there are some minor problems, all easily fixed. he just needs the money now so hes willing to give it away for a steal.
how much boost should the stock turbos be running? are there any other odvious things i can look for to make sure the car is good. The car has a lot of miles but the price cant be beat.
