NEED SOME SUPRA HELP!

ok, so i am thinking about buying a supra this guy says, it was the se base model and he put a TT bottom end, with a NA head and The transmission is stock (auto )

. he says the new egine has 10,000 miles on it. and the turbos have the same. he wants to sell it for like 17000 or so. is this a good deal. or is that unsafe for the engine not to have the 2jz in it? or the regular non 6 speed trans? heres some pics.
