Reusing head bolts= not a good idea....

Bolts are made to stretch as they are torqued. Head bolts (even though they are torqued low from the factory) that are 20ish years old are gonna be less prone to stretching as they should, especially since they have been that way already for many years, so you'll run an extremely high risk of snapping or stripping them. I'd strongly advise you replace them, because you're not gonna want to get in there again to redo your new hks mhg.

Look into the ARP stud kit for our cars... It'll set you back somewhere around a hundred bucks, but they'll last alot longer than your used, stock ones. Also make sure you get that head and block machined so that they're perfectly smooth, otherwise your mhg will give out fairly quickly...

Replacing your head gasket isn't cheap, so make sure that you have yourself a little bit of cash to replace anything that isn't to spec on your motor too, as now is the time to do it.
