98 Supra to 550HP?

Any idea how much this woud cost? at the moment I am just looking around for supra's but have a found a '98 one that looks pretty good. anyway, would these parts get the supra to 500 HP?

adjust cam timing
adjust turbo timing and boost
add intercooler
get bigger fuel injectors
add air filter
install exhaust system

any ideas? im kinda new to the idea of car mods. all replies appreciated.
