adjust turbo timing and boost
add intercooler
get bigger fuel injectors
add air filter
install exhaust system

any ideas? im kinda new to the idea of car mods. all replies appreciated.
Do you mean 500hp or 500rwhp?

Getting an mkiv TT to 500hp (425rwhp) probably won't too hard/expensive (depending on the mileage on the engine & turbos), especially if it's a 6spd. I'd estimate at least $2000 for parts and $1000 for labor, including fmic, exhaust, and gauges.

If you're looking for 500rwhp, the only practical way to get there is a single turbo upgrade. This takes the prices up to $7K for parts and about $2500 for labor. You can't do this using the mods you listed above.

All this assumes the Supra you're starting with is in great condition, and has been properly maintained.

Lastly, note that you won't need to upgrade the injectors for 500hp or 550rwhp. The oem 550cc injectors do just fine up to about 550rwhp (645hp at the crank) through a 6spd (assuming they're clean, good fuel filter, good oem pump, etc.). Why did your mods list include getting bigger fuel injectors??????

About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information?
