ive never heard of anyone doing so, but if you think about it, its going to be a nightmare. finding a way to setup the ignition,(non-turbo is distributor run, turbo uses cps) hard wiring the computer, the afm....i would look into using the turbo setup.
use non-turbo block/head & internals
with turbo assembly, ignition and electronics
use a manual boost controller to keep boost between 4-5 psi.
