It's definitely turbo, and being a jz would say that it's twin turbo. You can tell by looking at the intake hoses. You have three, on the left you have one from filter to turbo, then turbo to intercooler and on the right you have intercooler to manifold. And in the middle if you didn't know is the engine I think.
