I'm looking for ideas and prices off what i can do to get the maximum performance out of it, price doesn't really matter, looking for a guideline to what its going to cost me. Still going to street registered as well for weekend cruises, but for that i can just disconnect the nos :P (good fun),so road legal.

I'll do what I can to help, but please note that my context is all US-based pricing.
In the US, the car itself would cost you at least $20K (for one decent enough to turn into a show car). The body kit + install, and paint job would cost you another $10K-$15K. To get the engine bay detailed enough to do well in shows, you're looking at another $3K-$5K in disassembly, polishing/chroming, braided lines, reassembly, etc.
Generally speaking, getting a 6spd Mkiv Supra TT into the mid 12s, or an auto Mkiv Supra TT into the high 11s is pretty cheap (eg. about $2K USD), assuming your Mkiv Supra TT is in good shape, relatively low mileage, and well-maintained.
If you're talking 10s, 9s, or 8s, the pricing is very different. Each level is many thousands...possibly many tens of thousands more than the previous level (especially if you also have to maintain show quality). If you can help get me in the general ballpark of how fast you want it to be in the 1/4, we can start getting you in the general range of the price you'd be looking at.
8s is about maximum performance for a streetable/showable Mkiv Supra. There is a handful of Mkiv Supras in the world that have gone 7s, with a pro driver), but they're so gutted and modified that they probabably wouldn't be showable...
Oh, and lastly note you don't need a full body kit to drag race. In fact, the extra weight of the body kit will slow you down, as will the extra weight of stereo equipment that is usually installed in show cars.
