Yea, thats fine for a NA but for a turbo a MHG may just be the way to go for cost wise in the long run. I have heard of people running stock psi with a composite head gasket at the correct head bolt torque level and had no problems, but I have heard more people say they have ended up with another BHG because they didn't go with a MHG in the first place.
If you absolutely can't afford to do a MHG, then just make sure you re-torque the head bolts to the correct specs, take your time putting everything back together, don't boost up the car, and you should be good.
