Dash lights and Side marker lights are not working

did a search here and could not find an answer, the fuse is ok...I checked that....I just swapped out the controls for the headlights...I did not check the dimmer switch because I dont' think that would have anything to do with the side lights going out as well....the tail lights and the climate control lights are all out as well
