Two things worth checking before going the recoil or heliciol route.

1. If the hole isn't a blind hole ( a hole that goes through to the other side), use a piece of screwed rod or stud and secure it with a nut at each end.
2. If it is a blind hole, it could still have some good threads near the bottom of the hole. Try screwing in a longer bolt or some threaded rod.
If you do buy a recoil or heliciol kit you will probably need to buy the drill bit separate, not sure of the tyranny oil pan size, at a guess I would say M8 1.25 pitch., so you would need a 8.3 drill bit. Also don’t be surprise when you drain the box only a few litres come out. Most of the tranny fluid is held in the torque converter. One last thing ; It may be worth changing the filter and cleaning the magnets in the pan while you are at it.
