With the turn signals try replacing the 7.5A Turn fuse. It's possible for it to look fine but still have a break. Then check the Hazard switch. The turn signals are powered from a different fuse, but their power runs through the switch. If the switch is damaged or missing the turn signals won't work either.

The warning lamp on the far left (looks like a courthouse or a bird cage) is connected to a sensor in the coolant overflow reservoir. It comes on when the level is too low. If it keeps coming on, after you refill the reservoir the required level, it's an indication that you're loosing coolant and may indicate a BHG.
