Want to switch a auto n/a to a turbo 5 speed

There is a supra i am looking at that is a auto n/a and if i get it i want to switch to a turbo 5 speed. The car has been sitting for 2-2.5 years and has a BHG and i am hoping to pick it up for $200 or so. Its got 150k on it and its completely stock and the interior is really clean and the body is straight too besides the 2+ years of grime on it. So just an estimate, what range of $$ would it cost to do this swap for all the parts i would need.

I used to have a supra but sold it over 6 years ago and have always wanted to get one and fix it up. I was pretty broke then and it was nickle and diming me so it sadly had to go. but now i want to get one back. I dont see too many around here so this one might be my only shot at getting one cheap.

Any thoughts would be great and i have been reading lots of post looking around the different supra forums
