1JZ 1990 Dies when pushing in clutch????

Hello,
I just bought this car and I want to fix it so that it is driveable, any ideas? I am new to the scene, been a domestic driver for way to long. Any help?

I searched forum, couldn't find any definitive answer, I haven't check codes yet, buddy has scanner right now.
