Ya, I would love to remove all the useless wires, I have already gotten rid of a few of them, the problem is that I don't know what would happen if I cut out all the useless wires, the after market alarm system has already damaged the factory alarm system, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. I have tried to remove other wires and then the vehicle didn't start, sooo I'm going to leave it for now. When I pull the dash out to rewire the starter solenoid I will try to fix the harness, that way I'm not contorting my self in positions I didn't know I could, to rewire the harness while the dash is in there.
I would just hard wire the cruise control but the problem is the whole turning thing, lol. I will probably have to run switches somewhere else so the wires do not bind up in the steering wheel. Thanks for the ideas though!
