Well sounds to me like you should take it in put it on a computer to get a code read out and then have a compression test done. Cause if it is the aluminum block when the motor heats up you will lose compression and then your boost will slip right past the pistons, if that fails you might ant to check out the waste gate and the blow off valve to see if there is any blockage or if they are functioning the way they should be. I had the same problem with the 89 i had and it turned out to be bad piston rings and my blow off valve was shot.
