1JZGTE ECU needed for a quick test in MA

I really need some help here folks. I just finished an unusual 1jzgte swap and I suspect that I have an ECU that is beyond repair due to capacitor leakage onto the board. I'm not 100% sure that it's my only problem but I think it's a part, if not it.

I was wondering if there's anyone in MA that I could convince to let me use their ECU for a few minutes. My "car" runs and drives but has a very rich mixture and sometimes sounds like it's running on 4 or 5 cylinders. We tried to read the codes but the light is constant when the diagnostic pins are jumped, thus making the CEL test inconclusive.

Any advice, anecdotal stories about bad 1jz ECUs or help would be appreciated.
