Then you'd only need to turbo the engine. Of course, the power would be somewhat unmanageable (i.e. you might end up putting your car into a wall or a tree), and you might blow up your transmission or your diff...but hey, you'd have 300hp, even if your car wasn't moving, right?

Whether you want to keep it between the painted lines and away from the other cars on the road, or you want to keep it on the pavement and away from the other cars at the track, the upgrades are pretty much the same.
