ok so it started to run and it still makes a really annoying noise thats like a high whistle/ screeching when the engine is running. it also runs really rough and doesn't idle on its own. i have to keep it going. when it stops it sounds like a dieing bird. i am going to try to link a video of it as soon as possible on youtube.
