about the injectors i will get you a part number once i get home... a MHG is a metal head gasket. HKS is most widely used although cometic has been used to the same effect and is much cheaper. If you going for big gains like 500+ i would get an HKS stopper type. just make sure you get the block and head lapped or machined nice and smooth. the MAF is mass airflow sensor... you want a Karman Vortex Meter off a 94 lexus sc400. and no you do not need to map the ecu, that would only be done on a standalone ecu... 3.5" for the exhuast would be ok but you wouldnt notice any difference than using 3" on a daily driver so it would kind of be overkill. just have the exhaust shop do 3" from the turbo outlet all the way to the muffler tip.
