new 7mgte motor in an 87 mkIII

i just got a new motor for my 87 turbo 5speed and i dont know what year it came out of i noticed some differances in the new one it came out of an atomatic and the throttle body has 2 vacume lines coming out of it and my new motor only has one what all is the differance from the 89+ 7mgte and the pre 89 what do i need to meak it work in my 87
