Diagnosis check

Hey all.
My car has been running rather sloppy lately so I decided to do the diagnosis.

I came up with Codes 14, 31, 41 and 51.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the codes meant and how to help solve the problems!
Help is appreciated.
