Generally, you'll need to start with a TT, add a big fuel system, a big turbo, and big cams...and then run a lot of boost on race fuel.

The best commonly-sold exhaust is (arguably) the HKS Titanium Racing exhaust. It's a bit loud, and a bit expensive, but it flows quite well and it's quite light.
