Is there anyway to change the speedometer so it reads correctly?

I believe those tires are the about the stock size so your speedo should still be good.

FYI - In the future if you ever go bigger...some of those web sites for tire size calculators can tell you speedometer differences to expect. Unless you jack your car up and make it a 4 x 4 with huge tires the speedometer wont change much. (Keep in mind when people go bigger wheels they also go lower profile rubber so actual tire rubber outside diameter doesn't change that dramatically)
