1985 motor swap!

hey guys i got a 85 pos lol well im fixing her up! bought her for 1k EVERYTHING...almost works! i need a new sunroof. its rusted! new water pump. raid. and intake few other things but im thinking i wanna buy a 1jz and swap it out!? how hard would that be? and i cant find parts for SHIT! lol anyone got any hook ups in houston?
