Swapping the engine+harness isn't too hard - you can do it in about six hours or less, depending on the expertise of the project participants. Making it all work after the physical engine+harness swap however, is another story. Among other things, you'll need a TT ecu, an ignitor, possibly an injector resistor pack, a different maf (I believe), and a new downpipe.

After the swap, etc. do keep in mind that you still won't have a transmisison or differential capable of reliably handling a bpu+++ 2jz-gte. Also keep in mind your na braking system (calipers, abs system, etc.) probably won't be sufficient to stop you consistently after that 2jz-gte gets your na chassis moving (depending on your application) ... Also, there's suspension, rims, tires, etc...all the same story.

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
