Checked the measurements on mine, though with the shocks being an open question not sure how much use they'll be to you.

Front: 26 3/4, 27 1/8
Rear: 26 1/4, 26 3/4

Figure the shocks are shot as a reason for the variance there, but if nothing else it'll give you an average. And those are 16" stock size tires and OEM wheels.
