Has anyone bought...?

I'm looking to do a rebuild on my 7M-GE, and I was looking through the forum for recommended rebuild kits. I found some partial kits, and know that AutoZone (ugh...) has a complete kit for about $700, but I wanted a complete kit from a place that I do not loathe.

Then I found this:

Looks legit, but has anyone bought/used one? I plan on using a MHG instead of the one from this kit, but everything else is usable.

Also - any suggestions on what sizes to get for the rod bearings, main bearings & pistons? Thanks in adavance!!
