yeah you can drift an automatic, but by no means will it be easier especially not with a stock car. A 350Z is fairly balanced and has a fair ammount of power even N/A. So you can e-brake and easily juice it and get it to slide. But a supra is alot heavier, it can be done but it will be hard. In the winter it would be easy bc with ice and snow + e-brake = slide. But you still have to be careful you don't over-due it and slide into something. As for pavement, same technique, but you need a fair bit of speed as well as an understanding of correcting your steering bc if you over-steer you will regain traction quickly and if you end up understeering you may lose control or just 180.
