JDM MKIV Engine/Block Heater

Hello,

Looking to pick up a TT JDM MKIV and was wondering if they came with an engine/block heater?

If not, does Toyota make one, or do I have to go aftermarket with a pan heater?

It gets very very cold here in winter time and I'll most likely be driving this during the cold days.
