1st... have you checked for boost leaks? shaft play on your turbo? you need to tell us. and if you have not please do not say you have just because you dont think it's the problem..
im not sure about the map sensor (not too 1jz savvy) but im quite sure you are using the wrong map sensor... if it's making a loud whisle noise you are most likely running in limp mode because car cant determine fuel/air mix. and 2nd why are you using a 7m harness on a jz engine? dont tell me... your using the 7m n/a ecu as well right? you need to give more info if you want help... none of us are mind readers. report back here and we can go from there.
OH! and one last thing; to be quite honest i dont believe you have used the search button (or google) because when i used it based on your problems (if you actually read, not skim through a couple post and call it a failure) you can find the information you need....
