I wouldn't run a used harness - the plastic clips are all brittle, and you don't know how much it's been hacked/spliced/etc. A new harness runs $900 from Toyota. A new ignitor is about $400, and I think a resistor pack is about $200. A used ecu of the correct transmission type, OBD spec, etc. can be had for about $300 on ebay... All in all the sh*ts can set you back a few pennies...
