Take apart your glove box, unhook the wiring harness from the ECU, and push the connector's through the firewall. This way you can leave the harness on the engine when you pull it, and get a good idea of how it's all ran. It'll make it alot easier on you to put the harness on the replacement engine when it's out of the car.
