Ok, i have an 87 supra that i just put a 89 engine in. i have a few questions. first off, i have a check engine light on and i pulled the code from ecu and it was code 52 i think, whatever the number was, it was the knock sensor code. but in the code description, it didnt sound like the code was the sensor picking up a knock but more like a problem with the sensor itself or its wiring but i could be wrong. Any ideas what it could be??? And what is the exact name for the small box on the passenger side fire wall that the heater core runs into then out of the box into the back of the motor?? im in bad need of a new one and dont know what to call it to begin searching for a new one. any help would be greatly appreciated thaks!
