The stock head bolts are not torque to yield meaning they are not the stretch type bolts, the bolts that ask for an extra degree after the sequence are the bolts that stretch. I bought the stock head bolts from Toyota cause its only like 60 bucks and you can torque without worry of aged stressed bolts. I torqued them to 70 and they held fine. ARP makes a great product but unless you are trying to build a drag car there is really no need for them.
Reusing head bolts isn't a good idea because the heating and cooling of the block over time can not only warp or ok maybe stretch but also make them brittle and as your torquing **Snap** now youve got a big headache.
