1984 Engine Swaps and part fittings

I Have a 1984 Toyota Supra MKII and i want to get a newer engine for it so that i can find parts for it easier, I have been thinkin about it, and I have helped my dad fix about everything on cars, But i never learned what i have to look at to find out if parts fit or not......... it really sucks, so i was wondering, what engines would fit in my car, Now i have a 5M-GE engine and I only find parts for it once in a blue moon...... please help with what other engines can fit my car, and im also trying to find a Coil-Over Suspension System for my car, My dad had one, But he put it on his 1977 Toyota Celica GT Liftback, so can you please also help me find Coil-Overs That Fit???
