Hi to everyone on this forum, I've been a longtime reader and have found the posts here very helpful in my struggles to become more automotively savvy in the basic maintenance of my Supra. That said, this is probably a very elementary question...
I took my '90 7MGTE into the shop for a tune up recently, and upon opening the hood today I saw the two caps pictured below sitting loose on top of my battery. Any idea where they belong? Poor camera work makes it hard to see, but the red one has a tiny rubber gasket on the inside and what looks like an "I" (maybe H?) and a dash on the top, while the blue one has no gasket and an "L" and a dash on top. Thanks to anyone who can help...
