I think $7,000USD is quite overly optimistic. In my area, it'd probably see as much as $5,000USD if you're very patient... I wouldn't pay over $4,000USD myself... If I found much more rust than what I've already spotted under the hood my offer would be half. None of the mods listed are "value adders" for me.

This guy is local: http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/1509262888.html He want's $7,000.... I expect he'll probably get around $6,000. His is as clean (cleaner under the hood), better documented and has a LOT more invested in upgrades and building and even lower mileage.

I'm sorry to say it, but these cars just aren't worth much. I sure wish they were worth more... I'd have sold mine ages ago and bought something else.
