$600 sounds a little low for a turbo Supra if "everything is fine" with it aside from a possible BHG. And that raises questions all it's own, since if it is blown the issue can range from a minor headache replacing just the gasket to a major disaster depending on whether or not coolant contaminated the oil and trashed your bearings, rings, rods, etc.
And then there's the potential for rod-knock if the engine wasn't cared for properly. And shaft play in the turbo. And the list goes on.
My personal thoughts are that you will want to have the car thoroughly checked out by a competent mechanic you trust. Just too many unanswered questions to render an informed opinion beyond that.
