I'd be amazed if that engine fit in the Supra... The 1UZ used Lexus sedans is a a doable swap, but AFAIK it's physically a fair amount smaller; I don't think there's a whole lot of room left over. Anyway, I suggest you head over to supramania.com. They've got a section for "1JZ, 2JZ and other swaps" where you'll find more support for an out of the box swap like that. Please post back if you find out it is doable.
