Yes, "the majority" of the manual will still apply. However, I'd honestly ask for a refund and get he manual with the correct part number. When you're hurtling down the road at 75mph ...or especially at 150mph... you don't want "the majority" of your car to be 'right'. Just my humble opinion.

For example, the ecu is not the same (OBDI vs. OBDII), which is one of the very significant differences.
