Is this Supra worth buying?

I was looking around the internet and found this N/A Supra for sale for $9000. Its automatic and has 191K miles. Its going to be my first car of my own. I'm driving my parent's car right now. I like the Supra Turbo but the insurance would go way up and i think it is better to get the N/A since Im an inexperience driver and the insurance wouldnt be as much as the turbo.Im not going to race this car. It has 191k miles on it...I dont think it would handle it...Im just going to daily drive it for commuting.

I checked the price for this on KBB and it came out to be around $8700.I dont really think this car is worth $9000 because it needs to be painted on the right side of the car(sooner or later all of the paint would start to peel since it was sitting in the sun in Texas).Also the high mileage on the motor and tranny would have to be rebuilt or replaced with another one.Also its an auto and its not turbo.I just think it should be a couple grand lower.
Post back if its worth buying it.
