You cannot adjust the AFR for upper-mid loads or throttle less than about 70% (or 2.70v at the TPS). In order to do so you would need to force the ECU into open loop operation full time and I don't recommend it except under special circumstances... the potential benefits are too small to justify the potential headaches.
