front control arms or bushings 92 7mge auto

hello to all, new to the forums and just acquired my first supra

a 92 5-speed 7mge. On the downside it needs the bushings mentioned in this thread, i've been looking around about the energy suspension kit and i can't seem to find what bushings are in the kit. Does the kit only include upper control arm bushings? or does it include lower ones too?
